Guidelines
for Christian Conduct
Most circumstances which come adrift have problems
in the areas of power, sex or money. As we set our commitment to integrity in Christ
we are called to turn away from these problem areas. We are focused on following
Biblical guidance and not compromising with the natural desires which counter the joy and
hope of our faith. Our guidelines in the Scriptures are uplifting...
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the
sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in
step with the Spirit." (Gal 5:22-25)
Here are a few Do's and Don'ts
gained from
experience...
|
|
Our every activity and motivation
needs to be Christ centered and inter-denominational in nature: "in
essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things love". |
|
|
All politics (Church, Company or
National) should be avoided. We will avoid many divisive issues if we major on
the majors and minor on the minor issues of our Christian faith. |
|
|
When getting together, mixed meetings
should be in public areas such as lobbies and hotel coffee shops. Never plan to have
fellowship or prayer time alone in a hotel room with of a person of the opposite sex
(other than your spouse).
If you cant find a suitable
open and public area to meet, see if you can find a worship service, prayer or fellowship
meeting at a local church. See if you can interest local churches to include outreach to
the marketplace as an aspect of their ministry.

|
|
Airborne facilitated meetings are not
involved in any way in the soliciting of money. |
|
|
We must ensure that no improper
substances are present at any Christian crew gathering. |
|
|
Keep positive and let's be disciplined
against any grumbling or complaining. |
