As we venture into our study of Ephesians together, we seek the indwelling Holy Spirit’s presence in our understanding, in our attitudes and in our motivation. We seek your wisdom in our fellowship in a transforming way. Please bring us closer to yourself and your purposes and inspire us to faithfully serve each other with encouragement and accountability.

We acknowledge our inability to follow the ways of the Spirit in our own strength - but we deeply want to find your expression in our lives. Please grant us the grace of humility, the spirit of repentance and a heart of expectancy so that we may be filled by yourself and in this way walk with you in a way that brings pleasure to your heart (Exodus 19:5).
