Focus We recognise that both our work and the way we relate to people in the workplace is of great importance to God. So it is our mission: "To represent Christ in the airlines through meaningful relationships and quality work." Purpose (1) To encourage Christians to walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, enjoying His presence and possessing His power to be salt and right in the job God has given them in ‘the airlines. (2) To encourage the Christian airline employee to help carry out the Great Commission, introducing fellow employees to Jesus Christ and helping them grow toward spiritual maturity. History Since that time, the ministry of FCAP has spread into 44 countries and over 90 areas of the world. Presently, there are approximately two million airline employees in the world. It is our prayer and desire that God would use this ministry to establish a group of growing Christians who will be a light source for Jesus Christ in every airline or airline station of the world through their personal relationship with Christ and their laboring together in this harvest field.
"If I ride the morning winds to the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, your strength
will support me."

Our Commitment To do our work wholeheartedly as unto the Lord realising we represent Christ in the quality of our performance on the job (Ephesians 6:6). To remain steadfast in our walk with Jesus Christ even in the midst of difficulties (1 Corinthians 15:58). To seek out other Christians in the workplace, encouraging one another to live the Christian life on the job and to seek to reach co-workers with the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ (John 13:35). Our Challenge To establish groups of growing Christians in every airline station around the world. To confront the worldly values in our own personal lives by seeking to gain an eternal perspective even in the midst of temporal uncertainties. Together identifying our daily challenges at work and praying that God would use these for an opportunity to let our light shine amidst the darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6).
